Brought my Maltipoo, Nara, to Dr Paws Vet Care at Lucky Heights for her sterilisation and couldn’t be happier with the experience! Dr Brenda was incredibly gentle, caring, and professional throughout the whole process. She explained everything clearly, and Nara’s recovery was so smooth thanks to the excellent care and follow-up attention. The clinic team was friendly and reassuring too. My 11 years old poodle have some walking issue but after few accupuncture session , she’s able to walk longer distance & her legs are much stronger.

We came to see Dr Brenda for the first time for our 4yo corgi for his annual vaccination. We are very happy with our experience. Prior to our visit, the staff were very responsive on WhatsApp and we arranged all the registration in advance to ensure a smooth visit. On the day of the consultation, Dr Brenda is very thorough with the check up and answered all our questions in detail. Even Miko our corgi was at ease in the clinic. Normally he would tremble on the exam table, but Dr Brenda had prepared treats for him after his jab. I’m sure Miko would agree that he is very pleased with the level of service here. He was not bothered by coming to the vet at all.

Came here to write a review as I’m really so grateful to Dr Poh and her team. My cats Bandit (Grey) and Nala (White) were having many issues. They started off with both having ringworm infection, then Bandit came down with FIP, then some respiratory issues while Nala’s ringworm is just very persistent. It was a trying and anxiety-inducing few months and I kept going back to Dr Paws. Each time, I truly feel that Dr Poh gave the best care and was very detailed, patient and I could tell that she loved animals. I remember a few occasions where I am extremely grateful. One was it was an evening appt and there were a lot of people. I waited for quite awhile and when my turn came, Dr Poh looked tired but I could tell she was still very detailed and professional. I think everybody had a long day :’) Shoutout to the amazing team who always checks in after an appointment and answers my queries. And even when my phone was running out of battery cause I was anxiously asking chatgpt too many questions, a staff lent me their personal portable charger, v thankful. Super long review, but after my most recent visit, both cats seems to be doing better and are more stable. I feel like I can finally heave a sigh of relief and just say thank you for everything!

This neighbourhood vet clinic is a true gem. Dr Brenda and staff are efficient , friendly and professional. Communication via WhatsApp is prompt and timely . Clinic space is clean and modern. Price of services rendered are also reasonable. Highly recommended.

I recently brought my adopted cat, Banana, to Dr Paws Clinic for a full health check-up, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care and attention he received. During the visit, it was discovered that Banana had quite a bad flu, and the team made sure he was treated properly before moving forward with his vaccinations. What really impressed me was how attentive and thoughtful the staff were throughout his recovery. Over the two-week period while Banana was on medication, the clinic team called several times to check on his progress and ensure he was doing well. Once his flu cleared up, they promptly followed up to schedule his vaccination without any delay. The professionalism and compassion shown by Dr Paws Clinic have really given me peace of mind as a pet owner. It’s reassuring to know that Banana is in such good hands, and I’ll definitely continue trusting them with his future care. Highly recommended to any pet parents looking for a reliable and caring veterinary clinic!
