Dr Paws Vet Care is a small animal veterinary clinic which is set up with the vision of being a first opinion clinic. A place where pet owners can get most diagnostics and treatments done. A friendly family veterinary clinic which pet owners will think about first when their pets need help. Other than dogs and cats, we are also able to treat rabbits, chinchillas, guinea pigs and hamsters. Besides Western medicine treatment, we aim to use acupuncture to help our furry family members regain their health and improve their quality of life.
Dr Brenda Poh graduated from The University of Melbourne in 2012. After graduation, she worked in a few busy veterinary clinics in Singapore including an emergency centre. Growing up, the only pets which she was allowed to have were terrapins. This fanned her desire to become a veterinarian so that she can be surrounded by animals and be able to keep them in their best health.
Her special interests are in ultrasonography and ophthalmology and are constantly seeking ways to improve her knowledge and skills in these areas.
Ultrasound scans are a non-invasive and gentle way to help us diagnose your pet with a wide range of internal issues. Book a consultation to find out more.
(External): For non-routine blood tests that we cannot run at our clinic, we send them for external testing. Contact us to find out more about the full blood panels we offer.
